We are looking for a new colleague to the role of AGM Manager to join our team in Rosersberg office.

What you can expect

You will have an opportunity to become part of the Nordic team forBASF Construction Chemicals (PCI, Master Builder solution & Wolman) with the responsibility for a team of around ten people within finance, IT, procurement and facility management. Part of this team is in place today, but you will get the opportunity to recruit and build on further your team after you start. In this key position in our organization, you will have a possibility to make an impact by ensuring administrative and operational systems, processes and projects, as well as financial procedures and overall structure are in place and are running cost-efficiently adapted to the local Nordic market. You will be responsible for company books, ledgers and financial statements, as well as contributing to the business decisions by delivering monthly reports. In this position you will report to the CEO Nordics and work closely together with our Financial organisation in Germany.

What we expect

We expect you to hold a bachelor’s degree in business and economics as a minimum, supported by 5-10 years' experience from a similar role in an international set up. You might, for example, have been Head of Finance until now and look to take on a broader scope. You have extensive knowledge and skills related to finance and you are an experienced leader. In this role you need to be structured, analytic and demonstrate ability to see the big picture. You have strong communication and coaching skills. In this position you need to be fluent in a Scandinavian language and English, both spoken and written.You are a proficient user of MS Office applications and of SAP, especially in SAP MM module. In this roleyou will need to travel occasionally, mainly within Nordic region and Europe (Germany).
