As a Global VP President Internal & Culture Communication you will be defining and implementing global internal communication strategies in close collaboration with Transformation&People, as well as regional internal communication leads. You will support the organization by building the Oatly culture through carious communication initiatives and be responsible for the global internal communication platforms and tools. In the role, you will be aligning and supporting the regional internal communication activities. You will be acting as the key interface with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategies, initiatives, and commitments.
